1. Popular and updated platform
Everyday Android operating system becomes stronger and more popular by releasing new versions that may fix previous problems and enhance security. 2. Easy to market your app One place to publish your app which is Google Play Store and get hundreds of downloads with no marketing campaign and no search engines distraction. 3. Publish your app anytime Pay 25$ once in your life and own millions of apps on Google Play Store for unlimited time. No 1-year domain and that annoying payment deadline like Web. 4. Provide offline services How people will access your website if there is no internet connection? You don't need to bother yourself with this question, develop Android app instead. 4. Finish real-app in short time Just open Android Studio, write Java and XML code without caring about templates like Web; only follow Material design guidelines and your app will be awesome. Note that everything in life is a double-edged weapon as well as Android.

May be I focused on comparing between Android and Web, so Android is faster but when it comes to iOS I agree on your opinion :)
